摘　　要：通过对纤维板、橡胶板2种材料性能的研究,分析了非金属材料的特性,阐述了非金属冲裁模具的特点,确定了合适的冲裁间隙,并设计出2套复合模结构。By studying the material properties of fiber sheet and rubber sheet, the characteristics of nonmetal materials and nonmetal punching die were introduced. The appropriate punching clearance was determined, and two sets of compound punching die were designed.
