摘  要:首次对产于青藏高原东缘风毛菊属(Saussurea DC.)5种10个居群不同海拔的植物进行了种子萌发特性研究,分析了海拔与种子大小与萌发特性之间的关系.结果表明,低海拔的种子种子萌发率低,高海拔的种子种子萌发率高;高海拔植物种子的萌发时滞较低海拔植物种子萌发时滞短;百粒重与萌发指数成正比关系,即种子越大萌发速率越小;海拔与百粒重、萌发持续时间和萌发高峰期之间无明显规律.The seed germination characteristics of five species(ten populations) of Saussurea D C. in the eastern of Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau are studied for the first time, and the relationship between the altitudes and the seed size and the seed germination characteristics are analysed. The results are as follows: The seed germination rate has negative correlation with altitudes; The time to onset of germination of high altitude seeds is shorter than that of low altitude seeds; Hundred kernels weight has positive correlation with the germination index, it means that the bigger the seed is, the lower the germination rate is; There is no obvious law between altitudes and hundred kernels weight, time to onset of germination, and time to maximum germination.
