摘  要:采用双模板辅助化学电沉积法,以聚苯乙烯微球为初级模板,二维ZnO有序多孔薄膜为二级模板,制备了银树枝状结构阵列,研究了沉积电压对ZnO有序多孔薄膜质量和银树枝形貌的影响,实现了蓝光波段的左手效应。可见光透射和平板聚焦实验表明,当沉积电压为0.5V、聚乙二醇-20000浓度为3mmol/L、沉积时间为8min时,所制备的银树枝状结构阵列具有规则的分形结构,可以在蓝光波段480nm处实现左手效应。The fabrication of silver dendritic structures array which is a technologically important material is described by double template-assisted electrochemical deposition technique. The 2D colloidal polystyrene spheres are used as the primary template, and the 2D electrodeposited ordered porous ZnO film is used as the secondary template to make silver dendritic structural array. The effects of deposition voltage on the quality of ordered porous ZnO thin film and the silver dendritic structural array are studied. This method realizes the blue light left-handed effect. The results show that when the deposition voltage is 0. 5V, the concentration of AgNO3 is 0.1mg/mL, the concentration of PEG-20000 is 3mmol/L and the deposition time is 8min, the silver dendritic structures can realize the left-handed effect at visible light about 480nm.
