摘　　要：一台能轧制０．００１×４０ｍｍ极薄带材的新型３０辊可逆式冷轧机已研制成功。并已轧出了０．０００８×４０ｍｍ钛箔突破了原设计指标。就厚度指标而言，达到了世界先进水平。据查这类３０辊可逆式冷轧机机型为我国首创，填补了世界多辊轧机机型空白。介绍了国内外极薄带及其多辊轧机的发展概况；探讨了关于最小可轧厚度；辊系参数选择，受力分析以及介绍了本机的技术性能和力能参数。A new type of 2/26×65mm 30-High reversing cold mill with smaller diameter work roll has been developed in order to meet the demands for ultra-thin metal foils with thickness of 0.001mm. Titanium foils with thickness of 00008mm and width of 40mm had been rolled on the new type of 30 high mill. The developing sitution of the ultra-thin foils and cluster rolling mills were introduced in our country and abroad, technical parameter of the mill roll assembly was discussed, and technical characteristic of the mill was introduced.
