摘  要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT(multi—slice spiral CT MSCT)及多平面重建(multi-planar reformation MPR)技术在小儿不典型支气管异物的影像诊断的临床价值。方法对2005年~2008年15例小儿不典型支气管异物行MSCT扫描加MPR技术,并与手术结果进行对照。结果MSCT扫描加MPR技术可清晰显示小儿不典型支气管异物的直接间接征像,能直观了解异物位置及与周围组织关系,对支气管异物的诊断和鉴别诊断有极重要的价值。结论MSCT扫描加MPR技术对小儿不典型支气管异物显示率高,定位准确,大大提高了诊断准确率,减少了患者的治疗费用,降低了医患纠纷的发生。Objective: To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of the muhi-slice spiral CT (multi-slice spiral CT MSCT) and MPR (multi-planar reformation MPR) technology in the children with atypical bronchial foreign bodies. Methods: From 2005 to 2008, 15 cases of atypical bronchial foreign bodies in children underwent MSCT scanning with MPR and compared with the control group. Resuhs:MSCT scanning technology and MPR directly or indirectly showed symptoms in the children with atypical bronchial foreign bodies, helped intuitive understanding of the position of foreign bodies and organizations around the relationship of bronchial foreign bodies and was valuable in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Conclusion : MSCT scanning technology with MPR showed a high rate of atypical bronchial foreign bodies in children, accurate positioning, and greatly enhances the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment of patients with reduced costs, and reduces the occurrence of disputes between doctors and patients.
