改良式B-lynch缝扎术在剖宫产术中难治性宫缩乏力性大出血的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良式B-lynch缝扎术治疗剖宫产术中难治性宫缩乏力性出血的疗效。方法2005年—2007年我院2809例剖宫产术中发生难治性宫缩乏力性大出血10例,应用改良式B-lynch缝扎术进行临床观察,并对临床结果进行总结分析。结果10例剖宫产术中宫缩乏力大出血经常规处理不能控制,即行改良式B-lynch缝扎术,均出血控制,保留子宫,无并发症。结论改良式B-lynch缝扎术是治疗剖宫产术中宫缩乏力性大出血的一种有效措施。Objective ： To discusses the curative effect of improved B-lynch suture on the prevention of refractory hemorrhage of cesarean section. Methods： Clinical observation and analysis for refractory hemorrhage by using improved B-lynch suture--10 cases in 2809 examples of cesarean section which occurred in years 2005-2007 at our Hospital report. Results ： Ten examples of refractory hemorrhage of cesarean section, which had not been controlled by ordinary prevention, were cured all by improved B-lynch suture, bleeding was controlled, wombs were retained, and there was no complications. Conclusion ： Improved B-lynch suture is effective on the prevention of refractory hemorrhage of cesarean section.
