摘  要:用7个三系不育系和10个优良恢复系按NCⅡ交配设计,对其主要农艺性状的配合力进行分析。结果表明,杂种产量受亲本一般配合力影响,主要由其特殊配合力决定,在各亲本产量性状上,一般配合力与特殊配合力具有相对独立性,在杂交稻组合选育上,在考虑亲本一般配合力的同时,应着重考虑其特殊配合力。穗粒数和千粒重,一般配合力基因型方差恢复系大于不育系,产量和结实率、有效穗数、株高、穗长、穗粒密度等性状一般配合力基因型方差不育系大于恢复系,表明杂种产量及其产量性状多数受母本的影响要大于父本,在杂交组合选配,全面考虑亲本性状同时,要重点考虑母本对杂交种的影响。Seven Japonica sterile lines and 10 restoring lines of three-line Japonica hybrid rice were selected as parents to analyze the combining ability of yield and its relative characters by NC Ⅱ mating design. The results showed that both general combining ability (GCA) and specific combining ability (SCA) effect on hybrid rice yield and its relative characters, the role of GCA was more important than that of SCA for them, so we should pay more attention to SCA than to GCA. Additionally, the yield and most relative characters of hybrid rice were affected more by female parent than by male parent, so in practice, we should pay more attention to sterile lines than to restoring lines.
