摘　　要：目的掌握和了解传染病疫情动态,及时采取有效措施,防止疫情扩散蔓延,保护人民群众健康。方法利用传染病疫情监控管理子系统,采集门诊和住院患者诊疗信息及各辅助诊室检查报告结果,明确诊断,按照疾病传播途径分类,将预先设置的预防隔离措施弹出界面,科室按指令执行。结果传染病上报及时准确,消毒隔离措施得到了较好落实,疫情控制成效显著。结论借助计算机网络技术,有利于动态监控传染病疫情,提高疫情管理质量,有效应对突发公共卫生事件。Objective To know the trends of epidemic and take effective measures for preventing infectious from spreading and make sure the people in health. Methods The Epidemic Early Warning Command system is designed to collect medical information and laboratory results form outpatient and inpatient, lock - in infectious, make a diagnosis, class infectious diseases according to the spread way so that the preventing isolation measures in advance and early warning single could be send for every department in hospitaL Results The control efficiency of epidemic has obviously. Epidemic situation is reported correctly and without delay, the disinfection and isolation measures are carried out. Conclusion It is benefit for monitoring infectious diseases in real time, improving the quality of epidemic management and dealing with outbreak of public health event effectively.
