摘  要:利用DSC分析得到煤沥青的脆性温度,然后将煤沥青在脆性温度下充分冷冻,再经粉碎和筛分后制得粒度≤300目的煤沥青粉.将制得的煤沥青粉在20,30,40℃下分别保存30,60 d,运用粒度分布和SEM研究其稳定性.结果表明:随着保存时间的延长、保存温度的升高,煤沥青粉的团聚程度增大,稳定性变差;在40℃下保存60 d后的稳定性最差,而在20℃下保存60 d,30℃保存30 d煤沥青粉的团聚程度很小,有良好的稳定性.The coal tar pitch was frozen at the friability temperature determined by using Differential Scanning Calorimetry, then grinded and screened producing the pitch powder particle size of less than 300 mesh. The powder was stored respectively at 20, 30, 40℃ for 30 d or 60 d, its corresponding stability was investigated by particle distribution and the images-analysis of Scanning Electron Microscope. The results show that with increasing the store time and store temperature, the pitch powder agglomeration become fiercely, so the resulting stability is getting bad, in which the powder stability is the worst at 40 ℃ for 60 d, however, the powder stability is the best at the condition of 20 ℃ for 60 d or 30 ℃ for 30 d.
