摘 要:为研究采煤机运动参数对块煤产量的影响,在假设采煤机的块煤产量服从威布尔分布的条件下,建立了采煤机块煤产量的数学模型,给出了模型中有关参量的确定方法,并以MG800/2040-WD型采煤机为例,对采煤机工作过程5~15,15~25与25~50mm三种粒度的块煤产量进行了数值模拟,得出了采煤机运动参数(牵引速度和滚筒转速)对不同块煤产量的影响;3种块煤的产量开始随牵引速度、滚筒转速的增加而增大,当达到不同值后,各种块煤的产量随牵引速度、滚筒转速的增加而减小.经研究认为这是由于煤本身是脆性物质,煤层存在节理和层理,所以截割的煤的块度增加到一定程度后有明显的破碎现象.A lump coal production mathematic model of a drum shearer was established by assumpting that lump coal production of the machine obeyed Weibull distribution, methods of determining parameters in the model were given. An example of MG800/2040 - WD type drum shearer was given for the simulation of the lump coal productions of 5 - 15, 15 - 25 and 25 - 50 mm sizes formed during the machine works, effects of shearer kinematics parameters ( dragging velocity and drum rotating speeds) on different lump coal productions was obtained; three kinds of lump coal production increase as the increasing of the dragging velocity and drum rotating speeds in the beginning. They decrease as the increasing of the dragging velocity and drum rotating speeds when they reach different value. The reason which caused it is that coal is brittle substance and there are bedding and joint in seam is obtained by researching. So the coal lumpiness sheared breaks obviously after it increases to a certain degree.
