微波与三苯氧胺治疗乳痛症的对比研究

摘　　要：目的比较局部微波治疗和口服三苯氧胺治疗乳痛症的疗效。方法根据乳房疼痛评分标准，回顾性分析2006年10月-2008年10月在我院就诊的乳痛症患者200例，分为微波治疗组和三苯氧胺组进行对照研究。结果乳房疼痛符合3分的患者经微波治疗和三苯氧胺治疗后总有效率分别为95％、100％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而乳房疼痛符合4分和5分的患者经微波治疗和三苯氧胺治疗后总有效率分别为60％、50％及93％、97％，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；结论对于3分及以下的患者微波治疗可以代替三苯氧胺治疗乳痛症，而4分及以上的患者治疗效果三苯氧胺优于微波治疗。Objective： To compare the effect of partial microwave therapy with the orally taken tamoxifen therapy for treating mastodynia. Methods： Firstly, the marking standard for the breast pain state was made, and.according to the standard, 200 eases of mastodynia treated in our hospital from October 2006 to October 2008 were analyzed retrospectively, and divided into microwave therapy group and tamoxifen therapy group for further comparison research. Results： The patients whose breast pain state marked 3 were treated by microwave and tamoxifen. The total effeetive rates were 95% and 100% respectively and there was no statistical difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The suffem whose breast pain state marked 4 and 5 were treated by microwave and tamoxifen, the total effective rates were 60%, 50% and 93%, 97% respectively and there was statistical difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： For the suffers whose marks of mastodynia state are below 3, microwave therapy can replace tamoxifen therapy to treat mastalgia, and for the suffers whose marks of breast pain state are 4 and above, the treatment effect of tamoxifen therapy is better than microwave therapy, which can alleviate mastalgia and reduce the impact of pain on emotion and daily life.
