摘　　要：以迈克尔.波特的钻石理论为主要依据,结合信息服务业行业特质,初步确定对信息服务产业竞争力造成影响的18项因素;建立信息服务产业竞争力影响因素解释结构模型。在此基础上,按照河北省信息服务产业发展实际,运用层次分析法最终确定河北信息服务产业竞争力的关键影响要素为:区域信息基础设施建设情况,区域信息化建设水平,法律和制度体系健全程度,产业发展的政策环境与监管机制健全程度及其有效性。On the basis of Porter＇ s diamond model, combining the characteristics of information service industry, the paper preliminary identify 18 factors and constructs the interpretive structural model of factors influencing information service industry competitiveness. Then according to the current situation of information service industry in Hebei, it analyzes the key influencing factors of Hebei information service industry competitiveness by AHP,including construction of regional infrastructure the level of regional informatization construction ,legal and institutional system,industrial develpment policy environment,and the strength and effectiveness of supervisory system.
