区域知识战略中的跨组织知识转移——基于因果模糊性和契约关系的分析

摘　　要：在区域层面的知识战略管理中,促进跨组织知识转移是构建区域知识竞争力的重要途径。从知识因果模糊性和组织主体间契约关系双重角度出发,根据区域内组织间知识转移的基本特点,对跨组织知识转移进行模糊逻辑式的分类。通过分析区域内跨组织知识转移基本类别的特点,提出区域决策者从区域战略视角,可在几个方面对组织间知识转移进行政策和其他方式的干预,推动区域架构知识发展,优化区域知识体系和区域品牌。In the context of regional knowledge management strategy, to promote inter -organizational knowledge transfer is an important choice to acquire and keep regional knowledge competitiveness. According to key feathers of inter - organizational knowledge transfer happening in a given region, the paper identifies several fuzzy categories of transfer based on causal ambiguity of knowledge and contractual relationship between stakeholders. With characteristics of such categories and under the angle of regional development strategy, the regional decision maker could intervene in the inter - organizational knowledge transfer process to optimize the regional knowledge architecture and brand it.
