摘  要:用三维取向分布函数(ODF)分析技术研究了武钢微碳深冲钢板(03Al)在工业生产各主要工序中的织构特征与演变、力学性能和成型性能。结果表明:①热轧、冷轧与退火织构类型与铝镇静深冲钢板(08Al)相类似,但冷轧和退火后,有利织构明显增强;②武钢通过对碳含量在0.01%~0.02%的微碳深冲钢板进行成分设定和选定工艺参数,可生产出基本成型性能n=0.193~0.241、r=1.684~1.939的高品质的深冲钢板,其技术指标达到和超过了日本SPCEN深冲钢板的水平。The texture and its evolution of lowcarbon deep drawing steel sheet at main steps in production such as hotrolling,coldrolling and annealing have been investigated by means of ODFThe mechanical properties and formability of steel sheets were measuredResults show that ①the texture of lowcarbon deep drawing steel is similar to that of aluminiumkilled steel,but favorable texture components become more strong after rolling and annealing;②with optimal chemical composition and processing parameters the lowcarbon deep drawing steel with excellent formability of n=0193~0241,r=1684~1939 can be produced,which are better than SPCEN grade made in Japan
