摘　　要：对引进ＡＳＨＬＯＷ吐丝机进行了振动测试和频谱分析，并将吐丝机振动烈度与国际ＩＳＯ标准进行了对比，分析了机体的强烈振动，解决了吐丝机振动问题，生产速度大大提高。The vibration tests and spectrum analysis were performed for the laying head of ASHLOWThe vibration severity of this laying head was also compared with the ISO standardsThe reasons of strong vibration of the laying head were carefully analyzedThe vibration of this laying head was reduced satisfactorilySo,the productivity of this mill has been greatly increasedTherefore,the enterprise gains a great economic benefit
