摘  要:最近光伏产业发展迅速,对太阳级硅的需求急剧增长,制备太阳级硅的技术成为现在各国的一个研究热点。综述了太阳级硅制备技术的现状,指出了其中存在的能耗高、流程复杂等问题。总结了近几年研究较多的几种太阳级硅制备新方法的技术特点与研究进展,包括真空感应熔炼法、电子束熔炼法、等离子体熔炼法、热交换法、凝固提纯法、熔盐电解法等。并指出B和P等几种元素的去除效果以及能否适合大规模生产等都是这些新技术开发过程中需要注意的问题。The photovoltaic (PV) industry is growing rapidly in the recent years, so the demand for the low cost solar-grade (SoG) silicon increases dramatically. The research for preparation of solar-grade silicon has become a hot research area in different countries. The review is given for the current preparation methods of solar grade silicon. The problems such as high energy consumption and complex operation in the current preparation methods are pointed out. The mostly studied preparation methods, such as vacuum induction melting, electron beam melting, inductive plasma, heat exchanger method, solidification refining and molten salt electrolysis have been analyzed and stressed. The main problems which should be considered in the preparation of solar grade silicon, including cost-effective reduction of boron (B) and phosphorus (P) and the feasibility for the large scale production are briefly discussed.
