摘  要:通过介绍国内外TiC-TiB2复合陶瓷的制备方法、显微结构与合成机理,并结合超重力下燃烧合成TiC-TiB2复合陶瓷的显微结构与合成机理,探讨了各种制备方法的特点及对TiC-TiB2复合陶瓷致密化的影响,并指出自蔓延高温合成因其成本低,现已成为制备该类复合陶瓷主要的、最具前景的关键技术,同时为促进陶瓷致密、细化组织并提高组织均匀性,该材料的发展方向应着重于采用自蔓延高温合成制备TiC-TiB2共晶系陶瓷。Based on the introduction of preparation processes, microstructures and formation mechanisms of TiC-TiB2 composite ceramics, and by combining with the mierostructures and formation mechanism of TiC-TiB2 prepared by combustion synthesis under high gravity, the characteristics of the various processes and their influences on densification of TiC-TiB2 composite ceramics are discussed, and self-propagating high-temperature (SHS) is considered as a key and the most promising technology for preparing TiC-TiB2 composite ceramics because of low cost, whereas the development trend of TiC-TiB2 composite ceramics is to prepare the eutectics in TiC-TiB2 system by SHS in order to promote the densification, refine the microstructures and improve the microstructure homogeneity.
