摘　　要：目的探讨儿童复发型溃疡性肠炎的临床特点及疗效。方法回顾性分析本院近3年收治的经结肠镜及病理诊断证实的21例患儿的临床资料。结果溃疡性结肠炎主要表现为反复黏液血便;缺乏特异性;巴柳氮钠治疗效果较好。结论溃疡性结肠炎在儿童少见,近年有增多趋势,使用巴柳氮钠治疗能较好地诱导溃疡性结肠炎活动至缓解并巩固疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical characteristic and curative effect of relapsing ulcerative colitis（UC）in children. Methods To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of 21children cases diagnosed and treated through the colonoscopy and pathology in recent 3 years. Results It is predilection in school-age children. The major clinical situation is repeated bloody mucus and stool,but lack of specificity. Balsalazide is one of the good medicine to cure it. Conclution UC is uncommon in children, nevertheless there is a trend to grow in number. Using balsalszide to treat can induce remission and obtain the consolidated effect.
