SCS药物缓释凝胶的制备及其体外释药研究

摘　　要：以壳聚糖硫酸酯作为骨架材料,盐酸诺氟沙星为模型药物,研究壳聚糖硫酸酯凝胶在药物缓释中的应用。探讨盐酸诺氟沙星缓释凝胶的体外释药规律,初步阐明其释药机理。考察交联度、投药量、温度、不同释放介质对释药的影响。结果表明盐酸诺氟沙星缓释凝胶有一定的缓释特性,且具有温度/pH敏感性。Study on SCS hydrogel as the drug delivery system for the model drug, norfloxacin hydrochloride, with sulfate chitosan as the matrix material. Research the drug release characteristics in vitro of the norfloxacin hydrochloride SCS hydrogel, and preliminarily clarify the drug release mechanism. The effects of degree of crosslinking, dosage, temperature and media of different pH were examinated on the release. The results showed that this sustained-release gel of norfloxacin hydrochloride had the characteristic of slow releasing, meanwhile, it has temperature and pH sensitivity.
