摘 要:当脉冲频率较低时,将脉冲流化床的通气阶段视为平稳流化,将停气阶段视为床层塌落过程,提出了一个用于计算脉冲流化床压力波动的数学模型.利用压力传感器测量了不同操作条件下的脉冲流化床壁面上几个点的压力变化p(t),当脉冲频率较低时(对于本文所用物料,频率f10Hz)。When the pulse frequency is low, a pulsed fluidized bed may be regarded as a combination of a period of steady fluidization (on-period) and a collapsing process (off-period). A model was proposed to describe the pressure variation in pulsed beds based on dynamic analysis of the collapsing process. The pressure variations at different locations of the pulsed fluidized bed operated at different conditions were measured with pressure transducers and simulated by the proposed model. The simulated results were in good agreement with the measurements when the pulse frequency was low.
