摘　　要：贫困线是衡量人们在年老、疾病残疾、失业或其他缺少固定收入的情况下,能维持最低限度的生活标准。确定最低生活保障线的关键在于计算出科学合理的贫困线标准。笔者利用实地数据测算了农村贫困线及贫困率。测算的结果说明,现实的扶贫工作中,政策也应该要瞄准和考虑到那些满足生存所需之后而进行自我发展的需要的那一部分低收入农户。Poor line measures people who are old,disable,sick,have disease unemployed or other wants for fixed income. Un- der this circumstance, poor line can maintain the lowest living standard. The key of computing hying the poor line is to assur- ance the reasonable standard. We made use of our investigation data to measure rural poor line and poor rate,The outcome further reveals that we should also allows those low income peasant households＇ who carry on ego development demands. So the policy about poor should also take aim at this part of low income peasant households.
