摘　　要：从概念入手,介绍数字村镇的建设内容;并从硬性指标、技术、人员、资金4方面剖析村镇数字化建设的要素,并利用作业相关图法,分析各要素的相互关系,明确政府主导、规划先行是数字村镇建设因素的重中之重;结合系统工程的思想,初步探讨数字村镇的建设策略。Based on definition and construction contents, the paper analyzes the emphases of constructing digital village from 4 aspacts ： hardness index, technology, personnel and fund. Then making use of REL,it recognizes the relationship between them, and government-led idea and plan goes ahead are definitely the most important. Finally according to Systematic Engineering, the authors discuss the construction strategy.
