摘　　要：介绍车辆工程专业青年教师提高业务能力的一些措施，详细介绍进行的实践活动——车辆拆装的过程，阐明车辆拆装实践活动对提高业务能力的重要性。This paper introduces some measures to improve ability of young teachers of the vehicle engineering and the practical activities, namely, the process of vehicle disassembling in detail, and expounds the importance of vehicle disassembling practice activities to improve the capability of business.
