摘 要:目的寻找对耐青霉素、经临床分离流行性淋球菌有效抗菌的中药。方法采取双盲法,选用临床常用中药,以平板纸片定量加药法进行体外抑菌试验。结果平板纸片定量加药抑菌试验,结果发现高浓度(15mg)中药量有24味中药对淋球菌具有不同程度的抑制作用,对G1、G2、G3流行株淋球菌抑制作用较好的有21、13、5号中药,其中21号中药封淋球菌最具抑菌作用。结论21号等中药对耐药流行株淋球菌有不同程度的抑制作用。开发中药抗流行性淋球菌具有广阔的应用前景。Objective To find the effective Chinese medicine to resist the epidemic Neisseria gonorrhoeae, which is resistant to penicillin. Methods The commonly used Chinese medicine was selected to carry on vitro bacteriostasis experiment with quantitative medicine method of plate paper disc by adopting double-blind experiment. Results The results showed there were kinds of high concentration (15mg) Chinese Herbs on the Neisseria gonorrhoeae with varying degrees of inhibition, 21, 13, 5 traditional Chinese medicine had better inhibitory action on the G1, G2, G3 epidemic strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae, of which, the 21 traditional Chinese medicines was the most antibacterial medicine for the gonococcus. Conclusion 21 etc kinds of traditional Chinese medicines have the varying degree inhibitory action on the epidemic Neisseria gonorrhoeae strains resistant to drug, and there is the broad application prospect in the development of traditional Chinese medicine anti-epidemic gonococcus.
