重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)对污染性Ⅱ度创面的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)对污染性Ⅱ度擦挫伤创面的疗效情况。方法常规处理伤口后,观察组创面喷洒rhEGF,再用rhEGF将适当大小消毒伤科黄油纱喷湿或浸湿敷于创面,外层覆盖干纱布包扎。两组前3天均每天换药1次,3d后根据情况隔天或3d换药1次,并同时口服抗生素,对照组采用消毒伤科黄油纱敷于伤口,其他治疗同观察组,观察两组创面愈合时间及瘢痕增生情况。结果rhEGF治疗组愈合时间(13.05±1.12)d,对照组愈合时间(16.14±0.98)d,治疗组比对照组明显缩短;观察组瘢痕发生率为1.47%,对照组瘢痕发生率为15.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);创面愈合质量比对照组好,瘢痕发生率低。结论rhEGF能显著加快皮肤生长,缩短皮肤愈合时间,明显减少瘢痕形成。Objective To observe the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor（rbEGF）cufing the contaminated raw sttrface. Methods After the routine dealing, the patients were divided into two groups.The observation group aspersed the rhEGF on the contaminate raw surface, but control group none. And after that, two groups patients＇ raw surface would be covered by the Huangyou yam, changed dressing everyday and taken the oral antibiotic. The agglutination time and the condition of cicatricle accrementition were observed. Results The observation group agglutination time was （13.05±1.12） days, and aincidence rate of the cicatricle accrementition was 1.47%, and the control group was （16.14±0.98）days, and 15.6% （P〈0.01）. Conclusion rhEGF can significantly speed up the skin growing, decurtate agglutination time, and decrease the cicatricle accrementition.
