摘  要:研究了在紫外(UV)激发下纳晶Dy_(1-x)Sr_xCoO_(3-y)(0.0≤x≤1.0)的荧光特性及其发光机理结果表明,纳晶Dy_(1-x)Sr_xCoO_(3-y)的荧光为量子限域型光致发光,这源于纳晶的尺寸量子化效应,其发光机理力量子限域模型.Dy^(3+)的自身浓度猝灭机理为电隅极-电四极相互作用.纳晶电偶极跃迁的振子强度为3.256×10^(-6)~41.00×10^(-6),摩尔消光系数为0.8581~10.82.The fluorescence characteristics and luminescence mechanism of nanocrystallines Dy1-xSrxCoO3-y(0.0≤x≤1.0)samples were studied. The results show that the fluorescence of nanocrystallines Dy1-xSrxCoO3-y are quantum confinement photoluminescence. Because of the optical band gap variation, the quantum confinement effect is yielded. Its luminescence mechanism is quantum confinement model. It is confirmed that the mechanism of concentration self -quenching of Dy3+ is an electric dipole - quadrupole interaction. The oscillator strength of dipoletransfition of nanocrystallines Dy1-xSrxCoO3-y are 3. 256 × 10-6 ~ 41. 00 × 10-6. The molar extinction coefficients are 0.8581 ~ 10.82.
