光照对章鱼行为习性影响的研究

摘　　要：设置了3个光照强度梯度和红、白、绿、橙、蓝5个光照颜色,研究光照对章鱼行为习性的影响。试验结果表明:光照强度和光照颜色对章鱼的影响都很小;在试验条件下,章鱼的分布比较分散,趋光率不高,所以光照条件不是章鱼养殖的决定性因素。Three intensity and five colour of light was prepared to determine the effect of light quality to the behavior of octopus.The experiment showed that none of the intensity and the colour of light affected the octopus.There was no significant difference in illumination perference of the species,so the light is not the crucial factor in cultivation of octopus.
