摘  要:目的评价三维超声仿真心腔内窥镜系统(3DEIESS)面绘制和体绘制对心脏超声数据三维显示效果。方法应用3DEIESS分别采用面绘制及体绘制技术可视化并对图像绘制质量进行比较。结果体绘制显示左肺动脉瓣和右肺动脉瓣较面绘制模糊,三维可视化图像质量不够理想。面绘制显示左、右肺动脉图像质量较体绘制技术清晰(P<0.05)。结论采用面绘制技术可提高3DEIESS三维可视化效果。Objective To assess the three-dimensional display effect of visualization of surface rendering and volume rendering by three-dimensional echocardiographic(3DE)intracardiac endoscopic simulation system(IESS).Methods Three-dimensional heart models were reconstructed by surface rendering and volume rendering of 3DE IESS.The 3DE images were compared.Results Compared with the surface rendering,imaging of left pulmonary valve and right pulmonary valve displayed by volume rendering was much vaguer,imaging quality of 3DE visualization was not good.Imaging quality of left pulmonary vein and right pulmonary vein displayed by surface rendering was better than that displayed by volume rendering(P〈0.05).Conclusion Surface rendering is helpful for visualization of 3DE IESS.
