摘　　要：瘢痕形成是组织创伤修复的正常过程,但过度瘢痕增生和瘢痕疙瘩给患者带来心理、身体、容貌上的缺陷。硅胶制品应用于瘢痕的防治日益受到重视。本文较系统阐述了其作用机制和使用范围,并对其疗效予以客观评价。The sear formation is a normal course of wound healing. But the excessive hypertrophic scar and keloid could cause defects for patients in psychology, body and appearance. Silicone products has been used in prevention and treatment of scar, and its role has been paid more attention This article systematically expounded the mechanism and application,then evaluate the efficacy of a silicone gel in treatment of abnormal scar.
