摘　　要：多年来的临床实践发现,黄芪有效成分具有广泛的药理作用,其作用机制与多方面因素有关。近年来,它在心血管疾病中作用的研究颇受关注,由于黄芪良好的抗氧化清除氧自由基能力、正性肌力、免疫调节作用及抗病毒等作用,被用于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、心力衰竭和病毒性心肌炎等心血管疾病的治疗。According to clinical data collected from the past many years, the active component of Astragalus membranaceus has extensive pharmacological effects, their mechanism related to multiple factors. In recent years,the study of their effect on cardiovascular diseases has being observed, beeause Astragalus membranaceus is alleged to possess the effect of antioxidative stress,inotropic action ,immunoloregulation, antiviral infection,so Astragalus membranaceus has widely been prescribed for centuries for cardiovascular diseases, such as coronary atherosclerotic berat disease, heart failure and viral myocarditis and so on.
