摘　　要：目的评价放射性核素131I治疗甲状腺癌转移灶疗效和临床实用价值。方法选择73例甲状腺癌患者,甲状腺手术后均出现远处转移灶,包括颈部淋巴结、肺脏、骨骼,不同部位使用不同剂量的131I和甲状腺激素替代治疗,分析不同部位的治疗效果。结果不同转移灶间的疗效差异有统计学意义(Hc=19.48,P<0.05)。结论使用"手术+131I治疗+甲状腺激素替代疗法"联合方案是治疗甲状腺癌的有效措施,131I疗效与转移部位有关。Objective To evaluate the effects on radionuclides ^131I treatment to the thyroid cancer with metastasis and clinical appfication. Methods Seventy-three patients emerged the remote metastasis after surgery including lymph node of neck ,lung and bone, used the different doses of ^131I treatment with themetastasis and analyzed the therapeutic effects. Results The results of different treatment to the different metastasis, has statistical significance. Conclusion The replacement therapy of surgery plus ^131I treatment and thyroid hormone is an useful treatment to the thyroid carcinoma, it improves the survival rate of patients with thyroid carcinoma. ^131I treatment effects is related to the different metastasis.
