摘　　要：金融安全尤其是银行安全涉及一国经济和社会的稳定。随着外资银行参股国内银行事例的增多,建立有效的银行安全预警体系已刻不容缓。以管理层与股权控制、银行业务控制、银行股权稳定、信贷控制、风险传染、金融监管六大类指标为基础构建的外资参股银行的安全预警指标体系,可以为我国金融监管机构准确评估引进境外金融机构的效应和建立快速有效的金融安全监管体系提供决策参考。Financial safety, especially bank safety, concerns the stability of a country and its economy. With the entry of foreign capital into China＇s banks, it is of great urgency to set up an early-warning system. By researching into six indexes, namely management and equity control, bank business control, bank equity stability, credit control, risk infection and financial supervision, we have constructed a warning index system for foreign-shared banks. The system may help financial supervision sectors with their decision-making in evaluating the effect of overseas financial institutions and setting up an efficient financial safety supervision system.
