摘　　要：目的探讨外源性玻璃酸钠(Sodium Hyaluronate,SH)对骨关节炎(osteoarthritis OA)患者的血清及滑液中基质金属蛋白酶-3(matrix metalloproteinase-3,MMP-3)的影响。方法30例膝关节OA患者,关节内注射玻璃酸钠1次/周,连用5次,治疗前后均空腹抽取血液及滑液,检测MMP-3的水平。结果治疗后血清和滑液中的MMP-3含量均降低,与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论外源性玻璃酸钠可以直接或间接调节MMP-3水平,从而治疗膝OA。Objective To investigate the effect of extraneous sodium hyaluronate（SH） on the level of MMP-3 in serum and synovial fluid of patients with osteoarthritis（OA）. Methods 30 patients with knee OA were injected with SH （2ml） once a week for 5 continuous week. Both before and after treatment fasting blood and synovial fluid samples to detect the level of MMP-3. Result The levels of MMP-3 after treatment in serum and synovial fluid significantly lower than those before treatment. Conclusion SH may be beneficial in the treatment of OA by adjusting the level of MMP-3.
