摘　　要：目的研究以HPLC—ELSD测定起搏胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法采用HPLC—ELSD法。色谱柱：PhenomenexC18柱；流动相：乙腈-水（35：65）为流动相；流速为1．0ml·min-1；ELSD参数：漂移管温度105℃，载气流速2．8L·min-1。结果黄芪甲苷含量测定的线性范围0．064～1．066g·L-1，回归方程为Y=2×10^6X-76246，r=0．9996，平均回收率为96．12％，RSD％=1．00％。结论本法简便、准确、可靠，可用于起搏胶囊的质量控制。Aim To determine astragaloside IV in qibo capsule by HPLC-ELSD. Methods HPLC-ELSD was used in the quantitative a- nalysis by using Phenomenex C18 chromatography column with acetonitrile-water（ 35：65 ）as a mobile phase. The flow rate of mobile phase was 1 ml·min - 1. The tube temperature of the detector was 105 ~C. The flow rate of pure air was 2.8 L · min - 1. Results The regression equation was Y=2 × 10^6X- 76246 ,r = 0. 9996（0. 064- 1. 066 g· L-1）. The average recovery of astragaloside IV was 96.12%, and RSD was 1.00%. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate, reliable and can be regarded as the quality control method of qibo cap- sule.
