摘　　要：目的建立一种准确度和灵敏度高，重现性好的氯霉素注射液中氯霉素含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Venusil XBP—C18（5μm）为分析柱，流动相为0．1％庚烷磺酸钠溶液（取0．1％庚烷磺酸钠500ml与二甲基甲酰胺5ml，冰醋酸O．5ml，混匀）：乙腈（75：25），检测波长：272nm，流速：1．0ml·min-1，柱温为25℃。结果氯霉素在0．004—0．400g·L-1内有良好的线性关系，回收率为100．1％，RSD为0．9％。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好，适用氯霉素注射液的质量控制。Aim To establish an accurate sensitive and reproducible method of HPLC for the determination of chloramphenicol in chlor- amphenicol injection. Methods The column was Venusil XBP-C18 （5 μm ）with a mobile phase of 0.1% sodium heptanesulfonate solu- tion ： actetitrile （75：25 ） . The detection wavelength was 272 nm , with a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min - 1 and column temperature at 25 ℃. Results The linear range of chloramphenicol was from 0. 004 to 0. 400 g· L -1 and recovery was 100.1%, with RSD 0. 9%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and repeatable. It can be used for the quality control of chloramphenicol injection.
