摘　　要：目的探讨切开复位钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床应用疗效。方法2005年4月-2009年3月19例跟骨骨折采用跟骨钢板内固定治疗，按Sanders分型，Ⅱ型16例，Ⅲ型3例，双侧3例。结果所有患者术后获6～36个月（平均18．4个月）随访。骨折复位满意。按Maryland足部评分标准评价手术效果：优10足，良8足，可4足，优良率81．8％。无一例发生感染及螺钉断裂。结论切开复位钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折可获得满意的l临床疗效。Aim To explore the therapeutic effect of surgical treatment for fracture of calcaneus with steel plate. Methods Between A- pril 2005 and March 2009,19 cases （22 feet） of ealcaneal fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate. According to sanders classification system ,there were 16 and 3 feet of type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ ,3 feet both side respectively. Results All the patients were followed up for 6 to 36 months （ averaging 18.4 months） after treatment. The results were evaluated using Maryland Foot Score. Excellent results were noted in 10 feet,good in 8 ,fair in 4 ,the excellent and good rates were 81.8%. No complications such as wound superfical infection, screw breakage occurred. Conclusion The open reduction and internal fixation is effective for fracture of calcaneus.
