摘　　要：目的探讨伯克纳(丙酸倍氯米松鼻气雾剂)治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法对126例临床诊断为变应性鼻炎的患者随即分成3组:盐酸西替利嗪治疗组40例,伯克纳组40例,联合治疗组46例,分别于治疗后7 d和第14 d,对患者的症状和体征进行评估计分。结果盐酸西替利嗪和伯克纳对减轻特应性鼻炎的症状均有效;联合治疗组和伯克纳组疗效高于盐酸西替利嗪组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论H1受体拮抗剂和糖皮质激素联合使用是比较有效的治疗特应性鼻炎的方法。Aim To study the effect of beconase nasal spray on treating allergic rhinitis. Methods 126 patients divided randomly into three groups ：40 patients treated with cetirizine hydyrochloeide tablets（ 10mg, po, qd）,40 patients treated with spraying beconase nasal spray （ 100mg bid）, and 46 patients treated with above two methods combined. On the day of 7 days and 14 days after treatment , we eval- uated the signs and symptoms according to the evaluation standard of diagnosis and curative effect of allergic rhinitis. Results Cetirizine hydyrochloeide tablets and beconase nasal spray are all valid in curing the allergic rhinitis. The group and the beconase nasal spray treat- ment group create a higher curative effect than cetirizine hydyrochloeide tablets group, and the difference has statistics meaning（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The function of combining antihistamine and glucocorticosteroid is the most valid medical treatment of allergic rhinitis.
