摘　　要：目的建立明目地黄胶囊中丹皮酚的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，以Hypersil BDSC18（5μm，4．6mm×250mm）为色谱柱；以甲醇：水（60：40）为流动相；检测波长：274nm；流速：0．8ml·min^-1。结果丹皮酚在0．512—10．24mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9997，平均回收率为100．6％，RSD为1．3％。结论该方法快速、准确、重复性好，可用于明目地黄胶囊中丹皮酚的含量测定。Aim To establish HPLC method for the determination of paeonol in mingmu dihuang capsule. Method The separation and assay were performed on Hypersil BDS C 18 （5 μm ,4.6 mm× 250 mm）, methanol-water（60： 40） as mobilephase at a flow rate of 0.8 ml ·min^-1 and detec- 10.24 mg ·L^-1 （ r = 0. 9997 ）, the average recovery was 100.6% and RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and reliable to be used in the determination of paeonol in mingmu dihuang capsule .
