摘 要:目的改进金嗓开音丸显微鉴别。方法三批样品分别制片10张,显微特征检出率大于40%。结果金银花的花粉粒、连翘的内果皮纤维、玄参的长方形石细胞、黄芩的韧皮纤维、菊花的花粉粒、僵蚕的菌丝体、蝉蜕的几丁质皮壳碎片显微特征明显,专属性强。结论改进后金嗓开音丸显微鉴别能够更好的用于该制剂的质量控制。Aim To improve microscopical identification for Jingsang Kaiyin Pills. Methods we prepared separately ten sections for three batches, detection rates of microscopic appearance was greater than 40 per cent. Results It is obvious and exclusive for micro- scopic appearance of Flos lonicerae japonicae (pollen grains), Fructus forsythiae (fiber of endocarp), Radix scrophulariae (stone cells subrectangular) ,Radix scutellariae (fibers), Flos chrysanthemi ( pollen grains), Bombyx batryticatus ( stir-frying with bran) ( Mycelia), Semen oroxyli ( pieces of chitinous cutis and shell ). Conclusion The improved microscopical identification for Jingsang Kaiyin Pills can be used as quality control.
