摘 要:为防止沙漠流动,研制了可在沙漠中铺设1 m×1 m草方格的重型铺设车,并进行了草方格铺设和越野性试验.测定了试验沙地的物理-力学性质,导出了整车的切线牵引力和行驶阻力计算公式,采用挂钩牵引力作为越野性的评价指标,进行了理论计算.计算与现场试验结果表明:该车在沙漠中有较好的越野性,能满足沙漠草方格铺设作业要求.计算方法适用于各类沙漠地区预测该车能否行走作业,可供治沙单位购置时参考.In order to prevent desert storms, a heavy paving vehicle which can pave chequer straw by 1 m × 1 m in desert is developed, and the experiments of paving chequer straw and off-road mobility are carried out. In this paper, the physical and mechanical properties of sands are measured for the experimental desert. The calculating formulas of the tangential tractive force and the motional resistance of the vehicle are deduced, and the drawbar's tractive force is used as an evaluation index of the off-road mobil- ity. Theoretical calculation and on-site test result show that the vehicle in the desert has better off-road mobility and can meet the demands of chequer straw paving. Furthermore, this approach is applicable to forecast the off road mobility in different desert, which can be as a criterion for vehicle purchase.
