摘　　要：文章从文化学的角度对新农村建设背景下农村体育文化的功能进行阐述,并分析了开展农村体育文化的机遇与挑战,提出了构建新农村体育文化的途径,即认识文化先导力、构建文化平衡力、生成文化潜移力、发挥文化创造力.First from the view of culture, the paper describes the function of rural sports culture under the background of new rurality development. Then the paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges based on rural sports culture development. In the end, the paper proposes ways of new rural sports culture construction, which means understanding the guide strength of culture, balance force construction of culture, building culture potential power, and displaying culture creativity.
