摘　　要：随着信息时代的到来,信息化建设成为高校办公室工作科学发展的必然趋势.目前,高校办公室信息化建设存在诸多问题,影响和制约了办公室工作的发展,需要我们予以妥善解决.文章从高校办公室信息化建设的必要性着手,分析其存在的问题,并进一步提出了解决问题的对策.With the advent of the information age, informationalization has become the inevitable trend in the scientific development of university offices. There are still many problems in the informationalization of university offices, which affects and constrains the development of the office work, and therefore, needs to be properly solved. This paper starts with the necessity of the informationalization of university offices, and moves on to analyze the problems existing, and then puts forward the solutions to the problems.
