摘 要:我们采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了不同形貌的ZnO纳米结构,详细研究了退火温度对ZnO结构和形貌的影响。SEM结果表明在900℃可以合成ZnO纳米棒,退火温度对形貌有影响。ZnO纳米棒的直径为200 nm左右,长度可以达到几微米。Different ZnO nanostructures were synthesized by sol-gel method, and the effects of annealing temperature on the morphologies and optical properties of ZnO nanostructures were investigated in details. The SEM results showed that the sample morphology depended on the annealing temperature and uniform ZnO nanorods formed at 900 ℃. The ZnO nanorods have a diameter about 200 nm and length up to several micrometers.
