热处理对纳米复相NdFeB非晶合金的结构与磁性能影响

摘  要:采用单辊快淬法制备NdxFe84-xB16(x=4,6,8,10)合金,选取磁性能最好的Nd10Fe74B16合金为研究对象,采用特殊的退火工艺对其进行热处理.探索Nd10Fe74B16合金最佳热处理温度及最佳热处理温度时合金的结构与磁性能.利用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)表征合金的结构,利用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测量合金的磁性能.结果表明Nd10Fe74B16合金在快淬速率为40 m/s时形成非晶合金,且淬态时矫顽力高于NdxFe84-xB16(x=4,6,8)合金:Hci=309.94 kA/m.Nd10Fe74B16合金最佳热处理温度为700℃.700℃退火后,Nd2Fe14B和α-Fe相析出且晶粒尺寸均小于40 nm,具有优异的磁性能:Hci=604.6 kA/m,Mr/Ms=53.6%.NdxFes4-xB16 (x = 4, 6, 8, 10) alloys were prepared by melt spinning method. Nd10Fe74B16 alloy asquenched,owned the best magnetic properties and adopted a special annealing craft. The best annealing temperature, microstructure and magnetic properties of Nd10Fe74B16 alloy annealed at the best annealing temperature were studied. Microstructures and magnetic properties of alloys were measured by means of X-ray diffraction ( XRD), transmission electron micmscopy(TEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM). Nd10Fe74B16 alloy formed amorphous at quenching speed of 40 m/s and its coereivity was better than that of Ndx FeB4 -xB16 ( x = 4,6,8) alloys: Hci = 309.94 kA/m. The best annealing temperature of Nd10Fe74B16 alloy was 700 ℃. Nd2Fe14B and α-Fe phases precipitated and grain sizes were lower than 40 nm. Magnetic properties of Nd10Fe74B16 alloy annealed at 700℃ were excellent: Hci = 604.6 kA/m, Mr/Ms = 53.6%.
