甘肃省农业特色优势产业的发展现状、问题及对策

摘　　要：培育和壮大特色优势产业是西部农业结构战略性调整的主导方向。甘肃省坚持从战略性主导产业、区域性优势产业和地方性特色产品三个层次上大力推进特色优势农业发展,取得了明显成效。但在发展过程中也存在着龙头企业发展规模小,农产品加工转化率较低,区域布局不合理,产业发展资金短缺等问题。因此,要培育和壮大甘肃省农业特色优势产业,必须明确区域定位,加大扶持力度,做大做强龙头企业,积极发展生态农业,大力发展中介组织,扩大农产品出口。Cultivating and expanding competitive industries and industries with local characteristics is the leading direction of strategic adjustment of agricultural structure in the western region. Gansu Province has achieved the notable achievement energetically in pushing forward the characteristic advantage agriculture developing from leading industries of strategic, regional competitive industries and local characteristic products on three arrange- ment of ideas. However, the development is also confronted with a lot of problems in developing process, such as smaller scale of the leading enterprises, lower rate of manufaturing about agricultural products, unreasonable regional layout, insufficient capital of industry development. We must cultivate the competitive industries, expanding the leading enterprises, developing the non - pollution agriculture, improving the systematic of peasonts, and increasing the export of the agricultural products to further improve agriculture characteristic industries in the level of development.
