摘　　要：现行的形状误差标准和形状误差评定方法是建立在几何学基础上的形状公差带问题。作者在研究回转体零件圆度误差评定方法的基础上,提出统计圆度误差的概率分布,并进行实验测量和数据采集,将拟合后的圆度误差利用数理统计的方法得出统计分布结果,证明符合一定的概率分布规律。Now the academic basic of the shape tolerance and measuring the shape error is geometrical problem which is based on the shape tolerance zone. The author puts forward the probability distributing of the statistical roundness error, based on researching about rotary parts the shape tolerance and measuring the shape error, and carries through measure experiment and gain data, proving the rustle of statistical distributing.
