摘 要:对防缩羊绒与未防缩羊绒加工的针织物起球进行测试,分析了起球等级差异的原因.通过用JSM-5800扫描电子显微镜观测毛球结构形态与纤维表面鳞片结构形态,以及对防缩羊绒与未防缩羊绒纤维拉伸性能的比较,得到羊绒针织物毛球随着起球测试时间延长逐渐紧密纠缠,防缩山羊绒纤维鳞片薄、摩擦效应小、毡缩性小,不容易产生纤维纠缠成球;同时断裂伸长率小、断裂时间短是容易形成毛球脱落的原因之一.The pilling of knitted fabric of cashmere is a common problem for related cashmere processing enterprises. In this paper, the pilling of knitted fabrics of cashmere with anti-felting and without anti-felting were tested using a pilling box tester, and the difference of pilling rates for knitted fabrics of cashmere with anti-felting and without anti-felting are analyzed. Through observing pilling structure and scale morphology using JSM-5800 SEM, and comparing tensile property of fiber, it is obtained that pills of knitted fabrics of cashmere tangled fightly with the increase of test time, and pills of knitted fabrics of cashmere with anti-felting formed difficultly because of thin scale and poor felting. Moreover, the pills of knitted fabrics of cashmere with anti-felting were worn-off easily because of low breaking elongation and low breaking time.
