摘　　要：通过整理产业结构与新型城市化的相关文献,探讨了新型城市化的内涵以及产业结构与新型城市化两者之间的关系。得出无论从劳动力结构还是城乡二元经济方面两者之间都具有互动性关系,但由于存在区域结构差异,区域内部和区域之间的产业结构起始条件的不同以及城市化发展的空间差异性,得出应该强化以区域视角分析两者互动性关系的结论。Based on the literature of industrial structure and new path of urbanization, this article is to explore the new meaning of urbanization and the relationship. The research finding indicates： the relationship is found in the labor force structure, urban - rural du＇,d econmic interaction, and other aspects. Because of the differences in regional structures, it demands to strengthen the regional perspective interactive analysis of the relationship between industrial structure and new path of urbanization.
