摘　　要：随着现代物流业的蓬勃发展,逆向物流作为一个完整的物流系统不可或缺的组成部分,正引起业界的普遍关注。本文以开滦集团物资分公司供应链管理为研究对象,以现代物流理论为指导,分析了企业引入逆向物流的必要性,提出了具体的逆向物流作业内容,从而使企业能更有效地降低采购风险、增加企业效益、塑造企业形象,并有利于社会资源的合理流动,最终达到建立和谐物流企业的目标。Along with the booming development of the modern logistics industry, the reverse logistics, as a necessary constitute part of logistics system, is widespread concerned in the logistics world. This article regards the supply chain management of Supplies Company of Kailuan Group as the research object, and takes the modern logistics theories as guide, analyzes the necessity of the company adopting the reverse lo- gistics, and puts forward the concrete working contents of reverse logistics. It can help company lower the purchase risk, increase the benefits and mold the company image more effectively, and is benefit to reasonable fluxion of the social resources, and achieve the purpose that establishes a harmonious logistics company eventually.
