摘　　要：结合控制理论,集相关信息技术于一体,把网络信息传播的技术控制作为一个完整的体系进行分析,并依据各种网络技术控制对象和特点的不同,构建出多种同构模式。在此基础上,着重探讨了直接控制模式――分级与过滤的控制方法、意义等,从管理学的角度重新审视分级与过滤,从而把它上升为一种控制模式进行研究,并对其在网络信息传播的技术控制中的作用和意义做了深入探讨。The paper analyzed the technical control of the network information communication as one system by integrating the control theory with the relevant information technology, and formed a structure with a variety of models according to various objects and characteristics controlled by different network technology. On the basis of the above, it focused on the direct control--the ratings and filter including its characteristic, composition and development. From the view of science of management, the paper not only deeply studied it as a control model, but also thoroughly discussed its functions and meanings in the network information communication. The paper successfully changed the unilateral view of technology to technology.
